Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the SGMI mobile application ("App"), operated by SAM Agbamuche Global Ministries International ("SGMI", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
You may register using your email address, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.

2. Use of the App

SGMI grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for spiritual growth, learning, and community participation. You agree not to:

Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly rebroadcast sermons, audio, books, or other content without written permission.
Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems.
Post content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others in community, prayer, testimony, or department features.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

All sermons, teachings, audio, music, books, images, and other materials in the App are the property of SGMI or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial edification.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain premium features require a paid membership subscription.
On iOS, subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Giving, donations, and partnership contributions are voluntary and, where applicable, processed securely through Paystack.
Except where required by law or the applicable app store's policy, payments and donations are non-refundable.

5. Watch Credits

Watch credits are a loyalty feature with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to keep content and services available and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
